Did you know there is a super cool and easy way to add a floor plan to your Obeo virtual tour?  Floor plans are an important piece of your real estate marketing. It helps the online consumer visualize the flow and layout of the home.  Here are directions on how to upload a floor plan of your listing:

1.) Go to http://admin.obeo.com/login and login with your Obeo username and password.

2.) Once logged in, look down the page for the blue bar heading “Manage Virtual Tours”.  Here in step 1, select the tour you want to create a video for, then in step 2 select “UPLOAD New Photos/Rooms” from the drop down box. Click the orange “Go” button.

3.)Now give the floor plan a name and add a description. Using the drop down, select FLOOR PLAN as your photo type. You won’t need to select a room order.  Next browse to the location of the floor plan image and click on the orange UPLOAD button.

4.) Now re-open the virtual tour and you will see an icon for Floor Plan right on the main page!

5.) Click the Floor Plan icon to view the floor plan you uploaded!

It looks fabulous and it couldn’t be easier to do! But what if you don’t have a floor plan?  Well, there are some very cool apps on the market that will help you easily create floor plans. You could try an a app like MagicPlan for iPhone.  Or, you could call Obeo and we will send someone out to create a floor plan for you!
