Obeo now has the ability to customize Obeo StyleDesigner with specific materials for home builders.  We recnetly went live with Pulte Homes, which is one of the largest home builders in the US.  They loved the Obeo StyleDesigner, but ONLY wanted to show the flooring, countertop and cabinet options that they offered to their customers, instead of all our generic options.  We worked with them to create a system to support their needs. We imported their custom materials into our StyleDesigner and they are now promoting this feature on their home page. Here is one of Pulte Homes’ StyleDesigners. Simply choose walls, flooring, cabinets, trim or countertops, and sample  the finishing touches you would want if your were purchasing this home.

There is a one-time setup fee involved to import their building materials and setup any custom logic that the builder wants.  The amount of this fee depends on what the client is wanting and how many materials they have. If you have a builder client that is interested in something like this for their website or model homes, reach out to the Obeo Sales  Team for more information.
