Every Obeo Homesite comes with three virtual tour eflyer templates. They were designed to be used for email, and they super easy to use. Email one to each showing agent. Email one to everyone who visited your open house (or other open houses in the neighborhood). Email one to each client you show the property to. Email one to every agent in your office. Email one to other agents who sell in the same neighborhood. The list goes on and on!

Here’s how to use Obeo’s Virtual Tour eFlyer:

1.) Go to http://admin.obeo.com/login and login with your Obeo username and password.

2.)Go to “Manage Virtual Tours”, and under  STEP 1,  select the virtual tour you want to work with. Then under STEP 2, select “E-MAIL Flyer” and hit the GO button.

3.)Step one, choose a layout by clicking on it, then click the “Preview” button to see the eFlyer.  Once you have previewed all the layouts, simply select the one you want by clicking on it.

4.) Step two, fill in the email recipients email address, customize a message, and click the “Submit Email” button. And that’s it!

The recipient will receive a wonderful email, just like this one:
