When negotiating your commission with a seller, what tools do you use?  And how do you explain the commission split?  I found this cool little infographic image, and thought it was a great visual tool to help explain the real estate commission.   It’s not perfect – I wish the marketing tools included professional photography!  But its a good visual representation of a typical real estate transaction, and a great piece to add to your listing presentation.
