QR codes can be a fun way to jazz up your real estate marketing, and send consumers directly to your listing’s Obeo Homesite Virtual Tour.  Are you using your free Obeo QR codes?  If not, here are directions on how to use them, along with a few tips on where to use them.

1.) Go to http://admin.obeo.com/login and login with your Obeo username and password.

2.) Once logged in, look down the page for the blue bar heading “Manage Virtual Tours”.  Here in step 1, select the tour you want to create a video for, then in step 2 select “Edit Tour Details/Information” from the drop down box. Click the orange “Go” button.

3.) You will see a QR code in the middle of the Edit Tour Details Page.

4.)  Click on the QR to open it, then Right Click on the QR code image and select “Save Image As”.  You can then browse to where you want to store the image.

Okay, now you have your QR code, but what should you do with it?  QR codes are perfect anywhere the consumer would likely have their mobile phone handy. With a quick scan from their phone scanner, you can send the consumer directly to your listing’s Obeo Homesite virtual tour. And your contact information is featured there as well.  Here are a few suggestions and ideas you might want to try:

• On your sign riders.
• On a Just Listed Post Card.
• On Property Flyers.
• On Print Ads.
• On a Listing Board in your office window.
