A frequently asked question that is directed to Obeo’s customer service team,  is “How do I unzip my high resolution real estate photography?”  It’s very easy to do,  so read below for the simple directions.  

1.) The very first thing you will want to do is create a folder where you will store the photos.  The folder could be on your computer, in My Documents, My Photos, or even on your desktop. Or, you could create the folder in Google Drive or DropBox, for cloud storage.  As long as you name the folder appropriately, and remember WHERE you put, you’ll be fine!

2.) Now go to the Obeo High Resolution Photo Center and select he photos you want to download.  Then scroll to the bottom of the page, and click on the DOWNLOAD button. You’ll need to wait a few moments, as the zip file is being created.

6.)   When the file is complete, you will see a pop-up box asking what you want to do with the file.  Click the SAVE AS file and choose the folder you created earlier, to save the file to.

7.) Now go to the Folder you saved the file to. You will find a zip file of your download – simply extract and save the photos.

8.) To Extract the photos, double click on the zip file to open it, then at the top of the folder click on the EXTRACT ALL FILES link.

9.) Now browse to the folder you created and click EXTRACT. That’s it! Your photos will be ready for use, in the folder you had initially created.
