You probably already know that Obeo has a complete back office where you can view detailed statistics reports on your virtual tours. These reports show you the daily traffic to your listings for each photo and which referring websites are sending you the most visitors.  But, did you know that you can take it a step further and schedule these reports to be automatically sent to your sellers on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. Prove your effectiveness and show your seller how many online showings you are having!  It very easy to set up and schedule the email. Just follow these simple directions:

1.) Go to http://admin.obeo.com/login and login with your Obeo username and password.

2.)Go to “Manage Virtual Tours”, and under  STEP 1,  select the virtual tour you want to work with. Then under STEP 2, select E-MAIL STATISTICS Report and hit the GO button.

3.) Now simply fill out all the field on the email form.  

1. Add your sellers’ names and email address.
2. Create a simple message that you want to send with the report.
3. Place a CHECK MARK in the “Send this email out on a recurring basis” box.
4. Choose the frequency in which you would like the report sent.
5. Set a start and an expiration date.
6. Click SEND STATISTICS

4.) That’s it! But should you need to change the Email Message or cancel the email, it’s easy to do that as well. Simply REPEAT steps 1 and 2 above.  Then click on the LINK that says “Manage Recipients for all tours”.

5.) Here you will be able to manage, edit, remove all of your automated statistics emails in one place. Easy and convenient!
